Named after the iconic red granite headland overlooking the Gulf of Porto in the heart of the Calanche de Piana in Corsica, the Capu Rossu is a next-generation vessel designed for both capacity and sustainability. It can accommodate up to 1,035 passengers and offers a garage capacity of 2,505 linear meters. Its arrival marks a significant milestone in the development of a new low-carbon fleet, supporting a more environmentally friendly public maritime service. This initiative aligns fully with the company’s decarbonization strategy, aimed at substantially reducing CO₂ emissions.
The Capu Rossu offers 234 comfortable cabins, accommodating up to four passengers each. Among them are 20 “luxury” cabins featuring double beds, as well as six specially designed cabins for passengers with reduced mobility. Onboard, guests can also enjoy a spacious lounge with seating for 76.
Onboard the Capu Rossu, guests can enjoy a spacious restaurant at the front of the ship, alongside a snack bar offering a variety of quick dining options. A central bar, conveniently located near the entrance, provides a welcoming space to relax with an aperitif while enjoying gentle background music.
Onboard the Capu Rossu, younger passengers can enjoy a fully equipped play area conveniently located near the snack bar, while older guests can have fun in the arcade room.
