Traditionally known as Drawaqa Island, Barefoot Manta Island Port lies in the Southern Yasawa Islands of Fiji. The island is renowned for its tranquil environment among stunning surroundings, making it the perfect location for a relaxing break. There are also diving and kayaking available for a more active experience. The sailing to Denarau Ferry Port is the gateway to mainland Fiji, a crossing which takes roughly three hours. There are seven ferry routes a week aboard the Yasawa Flyer offered by Awesome Adventures Fiji, usually leaving in the late afternoon, with the return crossing departing in the early morning. The ferry route is usually popular among travellers due to its leisurely nature and beautiful views, passing Fiji’s smaller Mamanuca Islands along the way.
Port Denarua is on a small private island in the northwest corner of Fiji’s mainland, Viti Levu. It is the main gateway to some of the beautiful islets along the northwest coast and is just twenty minutes from Nadi International Airport by car.
