Bahamas Ferries fleet comprises 3 modern, luxurious passenger ferries - Bo Hengy II, Seawind and Sealink as well as Eastwind which is primarily a freight vessel – all ideally suited to inter island travel. The passenger ferries are capable of carrying between 250 and 400 passengers as well as limited vehicles and travel at speeds of up to 25 knots.

On board you’ll have a choice of seating ranging from standard (on deck or indoor) to first class as well as a snack bar serving a variety of snacks and beverages.

The standard option gives you the choice of spending the trip on deck or alternatively in an air-conditioned indoor seating area. If it’s an amazing sea view, cool breeze and shelter from the sun you’re looking for then the deck seating will be ideal. If alternatively you prefer an air-conditioned environment and comfortable seating then the indoor area is probably best for you. Flat screen televisions keep you entertained with films and TV shows for all audiences to enjoy.

The first class option, known as Voyager class, features first class seating, complimentary hot beverages and a more comfortable environment.

In terms of luggage restrictions, each paying passenger is allowed two free checked pieces weighing up to 27kg/60lb. Additional or restricted items may incur extra costs.
